How Do I Use The Snorebond Ultra Mouthpiece?

When you purchase the Snorebond Ultra Anti-Snore Mouthpiece, your package should contain the following items:

• 1 x Storage container
• 2 x Plastic anti-snore mouthpiece
• 1 x Plastic spacer device

Customising the Snorebond Ultra Anti-Snore Mouthpiece

• Step 1

  Remove the Snorebond Ultra from it’s plastic wrapper and set aside.

• Step 2

  Fill a large cup or measuring jug with approximately 500ml of boiling water. Add 200ml of cold water and stir.

• Step 3

  Take the plastic spacer and insert between the opening in the front of the mouthpiece.

• Step 4

  Using the plastic spacer as a handle, carefully submerge the mouthpiece in the boiling water and leave for 45 seconds. Ensure that the mouthpiece is completely submerged.

• Step 5

  Carefully remove the mouthpiece from the water and leave to cool until it is cool enough to place in your mouth (20 seconds should suffice). When cool enough, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, slightly advancing the position of the lower jaw. Bite down firmly for approximately 30 seconds so as to ensure that a sufficient impression is taken of the teeth and mouth arches. As the mouthpiece is made from heat activated plastic you can repeat this process as many times as you like until you find the best fit.

Using the Snorebond Anti-Snore Mouthpiece

Before bed, place the mouthpiece in your mouth ensuring that it comfortably fits the shape of your mouth, where it should remain whilst you are sleeping.
